Jasmine Rice
Jasmine Rice is high-quality perfumed rice which is big, long and less chalky kernel. Cooked rice is soft, non- sticky, lightly fragrant and still remains the same texture when served with soup. Rice is still soft even after leaving at room temperature for a while.

Fragrant/Perfumed Rice
Fragrant rice (Perfume rice) is also known as OM4900/ OM18 Rice – the most commonly grown in the Mekong Delta. Rice is flexible and soft, with a slight aroma and sweet taste when cooked, and especially does not harden even when cooled. Because of the advantage of strong and high-yielding rice varieties, this rice has an abundant supply, and has become popular in traditional markets (Asia, Middle East, Africa, etc..)


Japonica Round Rice /Sushi Rice
Japonica rice is a type of Japanese short rice, sometimes called Sushi rice. Japonica rice has some characteristics such as: round, regular, smooth, white, delicate aroma. When cooked on white and flexible rice, easy to eat. Even when cooled, the rice grain still retains its inherent taste. Therefore, Japonica can be used for daily meals as well as making sushi – the most favourite cusine around the world.
Calrose Rice
Calrose is a medium-grain rice commonly grown in California USA that is being experimental planted. Once cooked, Calrose rice retains its flavor, is soft and slightly sticky. It can be a alternative to Japonica rice for making sushi or adding to soups and stews. Camolino or Egyptian rice are types of rice that have the similar characteristic to Calrose rice.


Broken Rice
Broken Rice as the name indicates are rice grains “broken” or fractured during the milling process. The broken grains are deemed inferior, and so, are separated from the whole grains and sold as “Broken Rice”
